Broadcasting School: Sheffield has a newly-constructed Broadcasting
School where students learn about broadcasting careers and the day-to-day
operations of a real radio station. Students work in one of four state-of-the-art
radio booths, where their shows are webcast 24/7 on our Web radio station.
As a school of TV broadcasting, our students receive training and hands-on
experience in TV news reporting, field reporting and the basics of video production.

School for Video Production: Sheffield has a Video Production School,
where students receive training in video production techniques, from directing
to editing. Students receive certified training in videography and lighting,
including hands-on experience in studio shoots and on-location projects. Sheffield
is an Avid Authorized Training Center and an Apple Certified Training Center.
All students who attend Sheffield's video production school receive certified
training in BOTH Avid and Final Cut Pro, the industry's two most popular and

School of Audio Technology: Sheffield's audio school teaches music
recording, audio electronics, digital and analog engineering techniques. Since
we are a school of audio engineering, our students get lots of hands-on time
in the studio with real musicians. Our audio recording school provides training
in studio recording, live sound, mobile audio, MIDI and Pro-Tools audio editing.
